Role coaching

Our approach to executive coaching is role coaching: coaching managers in their work role. Our coaching aims at role effectiveness. In the coaching we extensively pay attention to the way the work role is shaped by the person on the one hand and the organisation and its context on the other hand.

VECU’s coaching is intended for directors, staff and line managers and project leaders. Our starting point is to have eight sessions of two hours.

Role coaching can be supportive as a stand-alone consultancy service or as part of another consultancy service.
