Professional development

Our programmes for professional development are based on experiential learning, psychodynamics and system thinking. VECU’s programmes mostly consist of several residential meetings of more than one day, spread over a longer time. If required we can combine and support our programmes with role coaching for individual participants.

Professional development can also take place using peer supervision. For that VECU uses ‘Organisational Role Analysis’ (ORA) or ‘Action Learning Researching’ (ALR). Both methods are based on participants’ work related cases and make use of the principles of experiential learning.
