Understanding an organisational problem requires exploration. In order to attain greater understanding of an organisation’s dynamic and dilemmas, VECU can undertake exploration in the entire organisation or in parts of it. From our exploration a new, multiple view of the organisation may emerge.

For the exploration we use a series of techniques such as observation of the organisation, study of relevant documentation, participative observation and group interviews.
