The added value of co-consultancy
VECU’s approach is unique of its kind, because of the intense cooperation between our consultants. We call it co-consultancy. Our co-consultancy can vary from fully working together to supporting each other at a distance. The latter we call extravision.
Both exploration at the start and evaluation at the end of a commission, we as co-consultants always carry out together.
Co-consultancy is also a way to find out about unconscious processes, how they affect us and what they possibly, in terms of a parallel process, reveal about the client system.

In our view to understand a system another, parallel consultancy system is needed, especially when complexity is large. By reflecting as co-consultants upon the consultancy process, we are able to make use of our (parallel) experiences for the benefit of our client.
