Asking questions and reflecting on experiences are central to our approach, to which our name ‘VECU’ testifies. VECU derives from the French word ‘vécu’, which means ‘lived-through experience’. With our support our clients manage to live through and understand experiences they have in their organisation and through this they are able to understand and address problems that arise.
